Mid-Back Adjustment Demonstration

We Are Going To Do A Mid-Back Adjustment Today.

We have the person laying face down. First, I’m going to feel because we want to make sure we know where we’re adjusting, and we don’t just adjust everywhere.

When we find an area that needs to be adjusted, I’m going to take my hands and give a little push. I’m gonna move down to the next place.

What I like to do is work on the muscles as I go a little bit, do a little bit of stretching. We continue down, and that is how a mid-back adjustment is done.
